Diversity on the transformations
Depending on the characteristics of the products marketed by RK Products, the goods are mainly destined for two types of processing.
In the case of conventional products, 56 per cent are processed into juice and 44 per cent into puree.
For zero-residue baby food products, 32% is converted into juice, while 68% becomes puree.
For organic products, 24% is converted into juice and 76% into puree, while for biodynamic products, 25% is converted into juice and 75% into puree.
This diversification in the destination of goods reflects the adaptability of RK Products to market requirements.
