Most of the fruit sold by RK Products are Apples - about 54% of the total fruit sold, including the prestigious Ambrosia apple. This is followed by Peaches and Nectarines (28%), Pears (10%), Kiwis (5%), Plums (2%) and Apricots (1%).

FRUIT JUICE: juice is defined as the fluid extracted from the pulp of the fruit without the addition of preservatives, sweeteners or flavourings. It is defined as 'concentrated' if a certain portion of water is physically removed, 'dehydrated' if all the water is removed;
FRUIT PULP:product obtained from the edible parts of the fruit of the same species, without removal of juice;
FRUIT PUREE: obtained by mechanically sieving the edible part of the whole fruit.
